This privacy policy explains how WIRO Stadium collects and uses information when you get in touch with us through this website — for example, through the lead forms on our Programs or Contact pages, or by placing an order in the WIRO Store.
It applies to visitors browsing this website and to anyone who submits an enquiry through our forms. It does not cover other information you may share with us directly, such as over WhatsApp or phone calls, which is handled with the same care but is not automatically captured by this website.
When a parent or guardian submits an enquiry for a learner, we ask for the parent or guardian's name, phone number, country, city, the child's age range, area of interest (for example robotics, coding, electronics, AI or competitions) and preferred format (in-person, live online or “need advice”).
When a school or organization submits an enquiry, we ask for institution details — organization name and type, contact name, work email, phone number, market, learner stage, objective, and an optional estimated number of learners and message.
When you place an order in the WIRO Store, we record the products and quantities you selected together with your name, phone number, email, country, city and — for schools — the organization name and your role, so our team can call you to confirm availability, pricing and delivery. No card or bank details are collected by this website at any point.
We do not ask learners themselves to submit this information directly; enquiries are made by a parent, guardian, or an authorized adult from the school or organization.
We use the details you submit to respond to your enquiry, recommend a suitable program or format, and confirm pricing, schedules and enrolment directly with you — none of which is published on the website itself.
If you tick the optional box to receive program updates, we may also send you occasional messages about programs and offers. You can opt out at any time by telling us directly.
This website does not currently run Google Analytics or any other analytics, advertising or tracking cookies. If that changes in the future, this policy will be updated accordingly and, where required, your consent will be requested first.
Enquiries submitted through our forms are stored securely on our servers as part of an interim system while we build out our longer-term systems. We take reasonable steps to protect this information, and access is limited to the WIRO team members who need it to follow up with you.
We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing purposes. It is used only by the WIRO Stadium team to respond to your enquiry and, where relevant, to coordinate with the school or partner your enquiry relates to.
You can ask us at any time to tell you what information we hold about you, to correct it, or to delete it. WIRO Stadium's programs are designed for children and young learners, but our website enquiry forms are intended to be completed by a parent, guardian or authorized adult on the learner's behalf, not by the child directly.
